Report Purchase Terms

Terms for one-time Texas well and survey area report purchases, including delivery, refunds, and appropriate use.

1. What you are purchasing

A report purchase is a one-time order for a generated PDF about the Texas well or survey area you select. The price shown before payment is for one report. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. No subscription or account is created by a one-time purchase.

2. Availability and subject selection

Before checkout, Clearfork checks whether the selected subject has enough reportable activity to generate a report. You are responsible for entering the intended API number, county, abstract, block, and section. A successful availability check does not promise that every field or data category will be present for that location.

3. Delivery and access

After payment, the checkout confirmation page is the primary delivery surface. It shows order progress and provides the private PDF link when rendering completes. We also attempt to email that link as a backup. Normal delivery takes a few minutes, but queue depth, source availability, or map services can take longer.

The private download link remains active for 30 days after completion. You are responsible for saving the PDF during that period and for keeping the link private. A refund, payment reversal, or dispute revokes access.

4. Refund policy

If Clearfork cannot complete the automated report after its retry process, we initiate a full refund to the original payment method and do not provide an artifact. Purchases are otherwise final once a report has been completed and made available.

If you are charged twice or receive the wrong subject because of a Clearfork processing error, contact support@clearforkintelligence.com within 14 days. We will investigate and, when appropriate, replace the report or issue a refund. Bank processing time after a refund is outside Clearfork's control.

5. Data and analytical limitations

Reports are compiled from public regulatory records and other third-party sources. Those records can be delayed, revised, incomplete, duplicated, or reported at lease rather than well level. Each report states relevant data-through dates and methodology limitations. Maps are analytical exhibits, not surveys. Permit endpoint segments are not surveyed wellbore trajectories.

The report is informational. It is not a title opinion, land survey, reserve report, engineering certification, appraisal, tax advice, legal advice, or investment recommendation. Verify material decisions against original records and qualified professional advice.

6. Permitted use

You may use and share the completed report for your own business, diligence, or advisory work. You may not resell the report as a standalone Clearfork product, remove or misrepresent its source and methodology, use automated means to probe the service, or use the purchase flow to obtain bulk data outside the report.

7. Warranty and liability

The service and report are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Clearfork disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Clearfork is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from a report. Clearfork's aggregate liability for a report purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that report.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms presented at checkout govern that purchase. Questions about an order can be sent to support@clearforkintelligence.com. See our Privacy Policy for information about order data.
